Me want Frankenberry now! Man my mamma was harsh I never got cereal this good. It was always cheerios cheerios cheerios. I think because thats what my dad liked. He even got us matching cheerios shirts, and cereal bowls...actually thats was kinda cool.
ha ha ha! my mum never would let us have Frosties or Fruit Loops.. we were allowed Coco Pops though so all wasn't too bad ! In Australia we never had Chocula or Frankenberry unfortunately, I drew this for as he loves his cereals!
hey man, I got the package yesterday! I was super-stoked until I lacerated my finger on one of the staples holding the plastic caps on the end of the tube! you bastard!!! it still hurts when I type... thanks for the art and the prints, you rock! how did you make the prints?
yeah man! nothing like seeing an enormous cylinder protruding from your mailbox to get the juices flowing!
all this cereal talk is making me hungry... but it's also making me remember some of my other favorite cereal characters from the 70's... Baron Von Redberry [link] and Sir Grapefellow [link] ! Bet you didn't have THEM is Australia! You should draw them in a dogfight!
I don't know those guys at all, they must be obscure! I am gonna start doing more cartoon battles, the next one will be Fatcat vs Humphrey Bear, you wouldn't know those guys as they are Australian characters!
I didn't even put those staples on the tube??? sorry dude! the post office musta done that. I got the prints done at a print place in the city, they print from disc to some kinda laser device onto shiny paper!
I did consider that it may have been the post office who stapled it, but then I couldn't have given you crap, and what fun would that be?!? I do really appreciate the stuff you sent though, thanks very much!
